Terms and Conditions for EMI:

• 1. The EMI option is available only for purchases made using credit cards. Debit cards, cash, or any other payment methods are not eligible for EMI.

• 2. Utilization of the EMI option is subject to the support provided by the respective bank issuing the credit card. Golden Borewells Company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the bank's failure to facilitate EMI transactions.

• 3. Only EMI facilities provided by authorized financial institutions and banks are applicable.

• 4. For every EMI option availed, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Golden Borewells company.

• 5. The EMI amount and duration are subject to the terms agreed upon between the customer and their respective credit card issuer. Golden Borewells company does not have control over the EMI calculation process.

• 6. Any cancellation or refund requests related to purchases made through the EMI option shall be subject to the company's standard refund policy. The refund process may vary based on the policies of the credit card issuer.

• 7. In case of any disputes or discrepancies regarding the EMI option, the decision of Golden Borewells Company shall be final and binding.

• By opting for the EMI option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
