Terms and Conditions for Warranty Coverage:

• 1. A valid GST invoice must be presented to avail of the warranty.

• 2. Installation of ISI pipes is mandatory to qualify for warranty coverage.

• 3. A complimentary three-month warranty period will be provided upon purchase.

• 4. Additional one-year and two-year warranty extensions are available before the expiration of the complimentary warranty period.

• A valid GST invoice must be presented to avail of the warranty.

• 5. Additional warranty coverage can be obtained subsequent to inspection by the Golden Borewells team.

• 6. Warranty coverage excludes plumbing services. Plumbing charges are separate and not covered under warranty.

• 7. The warranty applies solely to damages resulting from pipe issues or disasters, excluding own-damage or third-party incidents.

• 8. Failure to install a necessary 5" pipe at the customer's own risk will render the warranty void.

• 9. Up to three instances of flushing per year will be provided at no additional cost.

• 10. In the event of pipe requirements during flushing and subsequent refusal by the customer, warranty termination will occur.

• 11. The warranty does not cover water quality or equity issues.

• 12. If a bore cannot be recovered, a new bore well of similar depth will be provided free of charge. Additional charges may apply for extra pipe installations beyond the invoice amount, as determined during inspection estimates.

• 13. Warranty issuance is contingent upon inspection and report findings by the Golden Borewells team.

• 14. Any customer malpractice during the warranty period will result in termination of warranty coverage.

• 15. Warranty extension options are as follows:
  - One year: ₹15,000 + GST
  - Two years: ₹25,000 + GST

• 16. Inspections will be conducted within three days of the raised complaint.

• 17. Service scheduling will depend on vehicle availability following the inspection report submission.

  These terms and conditions govern the warranty coverage provided by Golden Borewells and must be adhered to for eligibility and continuation of benefits.
